The Provost Federal College of Education Katsina, Dr. Aliyu Idris Funtua, on Monday, congratulated the Governor-elect of Katsina, Alh Dr. Dikko Umar Radda (Gwagwaran) Katsina, on his victory in the General Elections on March 18th, 2023.
He assured Dikko that the management and staff of the college, including himself would support his administration.
He commended INEC for conducting free, fair and credible election and equally Nigerians for the peaceful and transparent outcome of the elections, which he said, demonstrates that the democratic process, values and principles remain the best way for the people to select their leaders and hold them accountable.
Provost congratulatory message is contained in a statement signed and made available to newsmen in Katsina.
He also saluted President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Aminu Bello Masari for “their statesmanship and exemplary leadership to the people of Katsina and Nigeria in the past Eight years and the profound legacies of their administration on Security, Agriculture, infrastructure, and education, as well as strong influence, and support of the rule of law.
